What a brilliant Idea I thought so I went along I didn't think I needed a lesson in cooking as I have been a very keen enthusiast of using the kitchen both for many generations as well as for many decades just myself. 1.  My mum was never out of the kitchen.   On Fridays we would go to the local market and do a main shop for her weekend cookery art. AT weekends she would be up at 5, 6 o'clock to start some major preparations for her cooking and baking which then would start at 8 .  By 12 pm she would have everything ready - which I did think was incredible. She would cook a soup - maybe a chicken stock soup using up a full chicken and a full pan of different vegetab...
